Booking Requirements

• Minimum of 10 guests
• Maximum of 25 guests
• Final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days before your event

Retainer Policy

A $150 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and time.

If your event takes place, the $150 retainer is applied toward your final balance.

If the event is canceled, the retainer is non-refundable because it covers scheduling, planning, inventory preparation, and reserving your event date.

Service Area

We proudly serve the DFW Metroplex.

Travel outside our standard service area may require an additional travel fee.

• A covered or indoor space if needed
• Enough room for all guests to paint comfortably
