Private Mobile Mat Party

Kicky Mats offers private doormat painting parties where your party can paint custom doormats. You provide the venue, whether it's the privacy of your own home or a venue of your choice.

REQUIREMENTS:

Each private doormat party requires at least 10 people or a minimum of $500 - Maximum is 25 guests. The final guest count + remaining balance will be due 7 days before your party.  

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Deposit Policy

A $150 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

The retainer secures:

* Your event date and time slot
* Staffing allocation
* Inventory and material preparation
* Travel and logistics planning

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

In the event of cancellation by the client, the $150 retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.

PRICES:

• $500 - 10 guests + all materials (mats, paint, brushes, stencils, etc.) 

$50- Each additional guest (over 10 guests) 

• For larger parties please email us for special group rates 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

30 min-Setup 

120 min- Paint Session 
30 min - Clean Up

• 3 hours total of party fun!

• Custom stencil selection (up to 20 random stencils )
• Host gift: FREE custom mat! (10 person minimum required not including host)

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:

• Does not include tables and chairs

  LOCATION:

  30-mile radius of Fort Worth ($50+ outside this radius)

FYIs:

• There will be a travel fee of $50+ for all private parties outside the 30-mile Fort Worth radius. Please email info@kickymatsdfw.com for more information. We do not provide tables and chairs.

• The prices above are for our standard 18 x 30 doormat 

• The time you book for your party is the only time allowed. We cannot accommodate time before the party time for setup. All private parties are non-refundable .
